I stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is neat and clean. The staff is well mannered. They have decent parking as well. I checked in late both times without any issue. I also had to leave by 6am and they were polite enough to start breakfast a little earlier for me. The breakfast itself was OK. Ordered green tea via room service. Service was prompt, the tea itself was so-so.

With respect to Event Hall: Small cozy hotel good for small gatherings. Food served was average, bathrooms not clean. They can improve their parking area at the back of the hotel. A little more effort could improve their rating overall. Gave them 4 star for good sitting area and nice and clean tables / cutlery / food. Had expected it to be way more average then what I found out myself.

Yes i went there ambience was not that good but was okay. If we talk about food not perfect but it is eatable thou. For environment I'll rate it 2/5. Please improve quality thats the only suggestion

went to stay a night on 5th to 6th Feb 2026 it was very peaceful, a little too peaceful since no one other than me was there to stay maybe because it was a thursday and as the hotel receptionist told it was more of a corporate hotel with teams staying. The location is good since it is very near islamabad and is peaceful with a park parallel to the hotel but no shops or restaurants nearby. The view is fine from the south side windows of the building where u see the road going towards islmabad and some of the park. Room was clean and simple with seperate bed option for me and my sis there were 2 sofa chairs and one sofa on the window side with a bathroom with amenities provided, heated water was available atleast in the morning. oh and the bed sheets were annoying they were too short, there were sockets on either side of the single beds and there was a table with a chair and a mirror. The security was lack luster id say since they never checked me going in and out of the hotel premise even at 1 in the morning even the metal detector arc didnt work. We didnt use room service but the one time we did call for taking the baggage downstairs, they didnt pick the call up but we already told the room service while we did breakfast which was a classic out-of-the-house breakfast with chanay ka salan, aaloo tarkari, parathay, halwa, poori, chai, juice (tang), white and bran bread with a toaster available along with a jam bowl. overall id say it was overpriced with the double bed room we booked at 18000 pkr with 20% tax which made it Rs. 21,600 per night.

My experience at Grand Regency Hotel was superb, room was big and clean. Washroom was also very neat and clean, equiped with all necessary essentials. Staff was very cooperative and friendly. Highly recommended for your stay as its location is perfect for a tourist.
